AYOMOT LIMITED was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company on 18th March, 1993 in accordance with the provisions of the Company and Allied Matters Act 1990 at Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja, Nigeria. It has since been providing all-round Promotion, Business and Management Consultancy Services for a cross-section of individuals, corporate clients in various sectors of the economy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as well as international organizations.

Ayomot Limited was established to put a finger in every pie of entrepreneurial initiatives, conception, promotion, development, reactivation and turnaround of business outfits in Nigeria. However, our main objective is to always protect the best interests of our mutual clients as well as to stimulate trust and confidence in the business environment and its operators in Nigeria.
